How can I buy Joylab products?

Just follow these super easy steps to shop on our web!

  • Create an account by clicking the “login” button at the top right of the page
  • Click "Sign Up For Joy" under the "Don't Have an Account?" question when the pop-up appears
  • Fill in your data
  • Once your account has been confirmed, just click the "Our Products" button to browse for products
  • Click on the product image when you need to view product details
  • After deciding which product you wanna buy, click the "Shop the Joy" button in the box on the left side of the page
  • When you’re done and wanna make a payment, click the "Cart" button on the main navigation tab
  • Click the "Checkout" button
  • You can check your purchases again on the item list on the left, and see your total purchases on the right. When you’re ready, just click the "Pay" button
  • On the next page, make sure your personal data and shipping address are correct! You can also choose a shipping method (click here for more info on shipping), a payment method (click here for more info on how to pay), and redeem your points (if any)
  • After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Don't forget to check your email and make the payment ASAP!
  • Once your payment has been confirmed, we will send you a delivery confirmation email, and that means your package of joy is on the way to you! Happy shopping!

What about the delivery process?

We want you to get your hands on your package of joy ASAP! We’ll immediately process your orders during working hours (Monday-Friday 9am-3pm). Purchases made after 3pm will be processed the following day. Purchases made on weekends and national holidays will be processed on the nearest working day. Still curious about shipping matters? Where are the products shipped from?

Oh no! I got a damaged/defect product! What should I do?

We hope our products bring you joy! However, if you get a product that’s damaged or defective, we will gladly exchange it. If you have any complaints about the products, you simply need to return them within 1x24 hours from the arrival of the package. Contact our Customer Service Team at [email protected] to help you with the exchange process, with the following conditions:

  • We don’t accept empty bottles, used products, and unsealed products
  • Requests for product exchange will be verified by our team. Products that are deemed eligible will be processed immediately for an exchange
  • Exchanges are not valid after 1x24 hours of package arrival
  • You can’t cancel an order after payment has been made
  • We don’t accept refunds or exchange of goods apart from our mistakes and negligence
  • If the item we send you is wrong, the item ordered is out of stock, or the item is not wrapped in bubble wrap, you can submit a complaint to our Customer Service (at [email protected] ) by including:
    • Order number
    • Photo of the products, complete with bubble wrap and plastic wrap
    • Photo of the list of items that is in the package
    • Frontal photo of the package with written paper containing recipient data
    • Video of you unboxing the package

    Why can't I access my account?

    If you can't open your account after registration, it's usually because you entered the wrong email address or password. Make sure you make no typos when you enter your email address and password! If you still can't access your account, you can request a new password via account settings.

    When will my orders arrive?
