Is this product suitable for my skin?
We have various products that suits on your skin. To get a better result, we suggest you to identify your skin type first before choosing our product.

Where can I purchase the product?
Our website sells all Joylab products. You can just simply click “Add to cart” on each product’s information page. Happy shopping!

Is this product safe?
Yes, our products are 100% safe! Joylab have a quality standard for each product. All of the products have been tested, cruelty free and registered on BPOM (Indonesian FDA).

Do you have any makeup product?
Of course! We have makeup products to enhance your healthy skin look. Find it in the makeup section.

What are the ingredients in your product?
All your skin’s favorite ingredients are contained in our products. You can find it on the product’s information page.

How to be a reseller?

How to order?
Register yourself using the button at the right corner of our website. Once confirmed, you can buy any product by adding it to the cart!

What about the delivery process?
Orders are processed on working days (Monday to Friday) by 09.00-15.00) via J&T. Purchases made after 15.00 will be processed on the next day.

Where do the shipment from?
We are shipping from Jakarta, Indonesia. All shipment will be shipped with J&T service. For more details about shipping click here.

What if I receive damaged or defective product?
We hope that you will be thrilled with your order. However, if you receive a damaged or defect item, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase. You may return any damaged products to us within 3 days upon reception. Please contact our friendly Customer Service team at joylab@pmki.co.id who will be happy to assist in arranging you a replacement with terms as follow:

  • We do not accept empty bottles, used products and opened products.
  • Refund or exchange request will be verified by our team first. Only the eligible products will be processed for refund or exchange.
  • Refund or exchange is not valid after 3 days upon reception.
  • You can’t cancel order after payment has been made.

What if I can not access my account?
If you experience difficulty accessing your account after registration, most likely you enter the wrong email address or password. Check the spelling of your email address or password. If you’re still unable to access your account, you can request new password by clicking the relevant button to change your password.

How long it takes for the product to arrive at my place?
It will take up 1-2 working days for your product to arrived in the same city. For different cities, it takes 3 days.

How to track my order?
Go to ‘J&T Tracking Website’ to track your order after you received the tracking number Via Email.
